This Agreement is made between you and Amalgamated Racing Limited (registered number 5849833) whose registered office is Bishopsgate House, Broadford Park, Shalford, Guildford, Surrey GU4 8ED ("AMRAC").

1. The data in this website is licensed exclusively to AMRAC in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The intellectual property in all design, text, graphics and other material and the selection or arrangement of such material in the Site is owned by AMRAC.

2. This website may only be used by TurfTV subscribers. You will keep any password(s) relevant to the Site secure and not let them become public knowledge.

3. You may only use the information and data on this Site in connection your betting shop business. In particular, you may not use any information made available on the Site, in connection with any other business or commercial undertaking (whether or not for profit).
